Sympathy Networking

People get along very easily if they have something in common. We use this principle for team building.

For example, a project for Saga prefecture (small area in the south-west part of Japan ), we built a team only with creative people who come from that prefecture. They already know a lot about that area, so we didn’t need to do much research.
Moreover, they have much passion to do a good thing for their hometown.
So from the first meeting, good conversation and ideas were born.

Another example is “Consortium for R&D Members Only”. We invited people across various companies all of whom are working in the R&D departments. Right from the start, participants passionately talked about the topic they all have in common: “R&D”. Later on, many collaborations happened spontaneously. Today, people from over 60 companies are members of this consortium.
