Team B

Building a Team B

If something about your project or your company is not working out so well, how about making a Team B?

The main team (=Team A) always has to take a lot of responsibility,
so this team tends to be big, slow, and conservative.

If this is the case, we recommend you to have a Team B.
It only focuses on making plan B which the main team cannot think of,
or taking new approaches which the main team cannot take.

We have put together “How to make team B in your office” notes, collecting tips and know-hows we discovered when we made Dentsu's Team B.
